A source has reported that Celtics’ forward Kevin Garnett will miss the team’s game against the Heat on Tuesday night.

He also missed Boston’s loss to Orlando on Sunday because of a strained abdominal muscle.

“He always wants to play which is good,” Rivers told the Associated Press. “But he understands it’s the right thing for the team.”
