Nuggets superstar Carmelo Anthony had to be helped from the court in Monday night’s game against the Los Angeles Lakers after spraining his left ankle.

Team spokesman Eric Sebastian said X-rays of Anthony’s ankle were negative, and the 23-year-old forward was to be re-evaluated Tuesday in Denver.
